dang how long has it been? been a minute. well nuttin really new has happened. still campaigning for presidency. i dont mind too much if i dont win as long as i lose to my friend Kamica cuz shes cool. but if ilose to the other girls?! i’ll be so mad. thier wierd……… and have no good ideas for the school or the backbone to stand up to the teachers to get what you want for the school. ugh. well lately i have been obsessed with old school music. like im in love with N.W.A. i wish i was alive when they were at the top of thier game. i wouldve loved to go to one of thier concerts. i love thier music cuz its da realist and it tells a story about life on the streets of Compton. its just crazy. im trying to find more good music from back then so if you know any please comment me i would love to hear it i mean i like the music nowadays its ok and all but compared to the old stuff, it cant compare. now people could rap about shoes or a single word and make millions. what happened to the meaning? music is supposed to have purpose, make a differance even. wtf is rappin about shoes doing?!

due to what happened last saturday my parents arent allowing me to hang out with sally. which is kind of complicated since we have every single class with each other except for one. so i cant be partners with her, talk to her when one of my teachers are around, or sit too close to her. and sometime next semester the office is removing one of us from the homeroom (upon parental request ofcourse) which really sucks. sallys one of the only people im close to. and now were getting seperated. oh well i guess thats how life goes ya know. on top of all that, one of my teachers has friends that work security at the mall and other police buddies and she heard that the judge for our court date is going to be the strictest one thats on juvenile court. im like…… :O!!! i was talking to my friend cory about it i was telling him the whole story and wen i told him who the judge was going to be, he just said danggggggg ur screwed and i was like crap. i went to him about all this cuz he has the baddest record in the whole school. hes been to court idk how many times. hes been to jail. hes been to OCLC. hes had the most ISS out of anybody for a whole year. same with OSS (i dnt officially kno this actually. on that part it might be a tie between him and my friend michael) but seriously, he knows alot of things. and his mom is even a cop. so he told me i might get a bunch of community service or house arrest or get it all dropped (highly doubt the later) ugh i still dnt want to stress on this yet until i get a date but im still thinking about it. iight ttyal

lol i felt i should switch it up a bit on the title. i probably didnt use correct grammar but oh well. i just had a very life changing moment earlier. ok, well my mom always told me that the way my name is spelled is the ”spanish way” and i always loved it like that because i live in a mostly white/black community and being spanish is differant and alot of people want to be spanish. well, i was typing an assignment earlier and i found out on microsoft word 2007 you can translate the whole thing into another language. i thought it would be cool to change it all to spanish, and when it translated, it CHANGED THE SPELLING OF MY NAME. i know, this doesnt really sound too drastic at all, and i probably shouldnt care, but it really hurts. i always got mad when people spelled my name wrong cuz i would call it the ”white way” of something like that (i am not racist btw) but idk. im changing the spelling for now on. VIVA LA RAZA!!!

so im at school and its pretty much boring. im supposed to be workin on a project but i dnt feel like it right now. i have plenty of time for it so its all good. in the next period i have to present a project with my group we just barely finished yesterday so we have to think up some crap to say lol im not too worried about it cuz its easy. well im wearing a big belt buckle today. i borrowed it from my sisters closet (dont worry its going back right away) and it has the mexican flag and it says Mexico and above it it says Viva Mexico. its sayxcee. lmao. well i g2g cuz im gunna work a lil more on that project.

sally says we’ll just get a bunch of community service and be on probation and the whole thing will drop when we’re 16. my sister says that we’ll have to pay ALOTTT of money and i wont be able to get a good paying job until im 23 and the whole thing disappears from a background check. idk which might happen, my sister looked it up on my state’s website for the court system and it said for petty theft for a juvenile, a maximum fee of $1,000, not including court fees, fines from each store, etc. im really worried because it also said 6 months in juvenile prison. yo, i cant spend 6 months in prison for a mistake like that. i got education on my mind mostly and i would fail the 8th grade and not be able to attend high school with my class.i have no idea i would greatly GREATLY appreciate it if someone who knows info on this matter can help me out and give me possible scenarios…. still might be a week or 2 until we get told anything.

ok so on saturday plans changed. and the events that took place pretty much changed my life and how its going to be for a while. i went to the mall with sally and shakira. im just going to put it simple and sweet, but sally stole a bunch of stuff and my and shakira got caught with her. so far we havent gotten a call yet for the court date but i know whats going to happen pretty much: i get a misdemeanor on theft, even though i didnt physically steal. i am still very guilty because i was with her and i was holding the bag with the items she stole. i got to go but i’ll be back later and elaborate. if anybody can give me more info please tell me!!! idk what going to happen to me.

ok i first read this book in 6th grade for the battle of the books team. i really liked it. im one of those poeple that like old books. and this one isnt even too old it was published in 1960. so i bring this book up because we’re reading it in Enrichment and we did a fun project on it today. the book is about Scout (the narrator) who starts out being a 6 year old, tough, spunky girl. she has an older brother named Jem who is 10, her father Atticus, and her caretaker/cook Calpurnia. she explains life in the town of Maycomb, Alabama (fictional) in the 1930′s, right in the middle of segregation and the depression. she describes events in her own point of view from the people who live in the town and thier scandolous ways, to the rape case her father is on about a black man supposedly raping a white woman (her father is a lawyer). the book has some ”strong language” (i dont think so lol but thats me) and may offend some people but hey, thats what its for. so thats pretty much it off the top of my head. when we get deeper into it i will remember stuff and maybe update this. bye!!

*ok in chapters 4 and 5 i dont like Jem’s attitude towards scout. wtf is he gay or something? not like girls? scout is a girl he cant blame her for acting like one sometimes. hes like trying to raise her to be his little brother, not his little sister.

yeah so im a nerd. get over it!

ok so im a pretty cool nerd. i like reading. i love it!! shoot me already. but i figured i should talk about more meaningful things, so why not write REAL reviews about certain titles. i talk about them all the time anyways. might give my friends a break cuz they hate this habit of mine so much. so, here we go!!!

P.S. idk how many times im going to do this. or if im going to do it for every book i read. all i know is when i remember about it, its up here.

i apologize for my long absence. but ive been maddddd busy like omg. 8th grade is hard as crap. my teachers make us do sooooo much work!!!! i spent every minute either socializing or working on assignments due the next period. it sucks. im barely juggling a social life with good grades. why is it so demanding? sheesh. i can imagine high school already. me and my friends are already on the verge of dropping out. im sure thats all talk tho and were all gunna be wit each otha on graduation. wow only 5 years away from now. things are going pretty fast.

mi abuelita y tia sent us a package. it contained a belated birthday present (meant for like a month ago lol but the bracelets were so pretty i didnt even care) and the board game lotarea (sp?) if u hav no clue what that is its like a spanish bingo except with pictures and spanish words its frikkin G better than UNO.

got interim reports today. got 2 A’s, 2 b’s, and 2 C’s. gotta bring those grades up before report cards.

my friend has swine flu. second in our school. one more and were shutting down for 2 weeks.
